Stanley was twenty lbs. of long-haired black and white cat with special talents. Born in 1987 or 1988, he was widely known throughout all echomail networks as the world's leading expert on Windows. He had been known to occasionally shred any hooman messager who was foolish enough to disagree with his viewpoints. Stanley was a published author: he had written a monthly column for WindoWatch magazine entitled "Ask Stanley," where his pearls of wisdom were freely distributed. He also recorded many of his one-liner "philosophies of life" (see below). Although he did not charge
for answering
questions and helping users, offerings of tuna fish were always
acceptable.
