Stanley was a published author: he had written a monthly column for WindoWatch magazine entitled "Ask Stanley," where his pearls of wisdom were freely distributed. He also recorded many of his one-liner "philosophies of life" (see below). Although he did not charge
for answering
questions and helping users, offerings of tuna fish were always
acceptable.
