The company said that the name change was a response to the suggestion by the Food and Drug Administration that the original name "could potentially create confusion on the part of medical professionals and consumers when compared with a currently marketed product." Actually, I was thinking of a slightly different connotation, and I bet potential CLGY investors were thinking the same thing... ;) - - - -To subscribe/unsubscribe, email "majordomo@xmission.com" - -In the email body, write "subscribe canslim" or - -"unsubscribe canslim". It broke out nicely on volume at around $2.80 in late August, but was interrupted by 9/11. I have never been a big fan of software utility companies (Mister Softee has a history of making them all features of the next version of their OS, and putting these types of companies out of business), so I shied away when the real volume kicked in again at the end of November (still around $2). That was a big mistake. IMHO, the clear volume trigger point was around $3 (past the August highs) in early December, so it is too extended now for me to consider, but it sure has seen a phenomenal volume change from last year, which is often a very good sign.
