Mine came in a plain white sleeve (numbered 120). The label of the record is a rubber stamped "KLF" logo (also numbered, mine is numbered 27). If you have got an original one, it comes in an innersleeve with ink on it and on the out side of the outer sleeve, there is also blue ink visible.
