Fireball When using that spray that Arne recommended for marker removal (it makes stuff freeze than fall off) ALLWAYS use it as a loincloth. BTW, Why is modesty important in the Summer and keeping only your neck warm of prime concern in the Winter?? Wouldn't an off-road bonnet and goggles afford similar eye protection to a full street lid/shield? Besides, it can get downright steamy inside a shield, reducing visibility. I get a nice glow from knowing another human is enjoying himself, but if you wanna ride naked except for your leather chaps (around here we call 'em BLFP's (buttless leather pants)), go for it. - -mark weaver - -----Original Message----- From: Bogdan Swider [mailto:BSwider@ColoradoCollege.edu] Sent: Friday, February 04, 2000 7:26 AM To: 'Steven van Twuyver'; klr650@lists.xmission.com Subject: RE: (klr650) Re: Warning ! Controversial NKLR Wow Dawn, So many ways to go.. as for steamy visors.. most time ( in my experience anyway) just a small crack at the bottom of the visor generally takes care of that. Still if you hit a large insect or bird at speed it protects you and you don't have the creature in your hat with you (as happen to me with MX style hat ) or getting your mouth busted by same ( as happen to me with 3/4 coverage hat) ha ha also had a couple bees visit inside an MX hat.. that sucks big time.. had one go up the sleeve but that's another story. Guess it's what chances you wantna take and what turns you on. 'bout like should wear full leathers when riding instead of just the jacket as I do most times SOOOOOOOO !!!!!! I prefer full hats now but been doing this for a lotta years on a lotta bikes. But that's me and what turns me on. LOL. Oh yes on the BMW rider. Wow! But? I was wearing full hats before La. had a helmet law and still do after they just changed it.
