Came yesterday and I installed them today. Very easy to install and you don't have to move the turn signals. I already have two Givi cases. One is an E40 top case that I've had for a couple of years that sits on the back of the bike behind the seat. I use it all the time. The second is a E36 that I bought from Tim late last year when he had the sale. These two cases are shaped quite differently. The E40 is almost a cube shape while the E36 is shaped more like a traditional suitcase. I mounted the E36 on the muffler side of Tim's rack and the E40 on the other side. When viewed from behind the bike, it looked kinda strange at first. But the longer I looked, the more the cases appeared to be balanced. I got a tape measure and measured from the center of the brake light to the outer edge of each case. Guess what? Both cases are exactly the same distance from the center of the bike, about 20 inches. So, while it looks a little weird, this combination of cases is actually balanced. I took some pictures and when they are developed I'll try posting them to the new webmail site. Thanks. Rather than "close the door" on you guys, I felt it appropriate to let you all do it yourselves. Hope you're O.K. with that. Hello... hello... hello........ Hear the echo? After uns***ing 540 listers, it feels like we're the last one's left standing in the big green monster before they shut the doors. Messages are sure lightning quick now though. I sent in the message of all messages... 540 commands in a single e-mail to majordomo, and the results were coming back within 10 seconds. I think that with the number of members we'd grown to, we were stretching the capabilities of this list a bit. I hope things run smooth with the new list. I've received ALOT of positive feedback from many of the listers, but there's still that "what if"... Know what I mean? I'll be leaving in two hours to Alberta. If we pick up a few stragglers while I'm gone I'll sort them out when I get back on Monday. Good night Gracie's...
