That stat was taken from the book game over. Admittedly it was a pretty specific poll that they were getting the data from, but still, amongst some age groups it is true. Besides, you can use statistics to prove just about anything you want. What evidence are you using to show that Mickey is more recognizable? Hell, some would say that Bart Simpson is better known than either Mario or Mickey! (not that I really care since it is a meaningless argument anyway) >>Mario *isn't* more widely known than Mickey Mouse - the person who posted that quickly corrected him/herself. Oh yeah, and for the sake of "compiling" posts, I want to add that I agree with Wezzer that people should do a little research on their own before clogging this list with endless questions about how to play certain games. Besides the fact that it is better to play through on your own, who needs to hear questions like "Where are the keys in Diddy Kong Racing?" I mean honestly - where is the "discussion" in that? Questions like that prove that the people asking them have not played the game enough to deserve help. Especially when it comes to games like Goldeneye and BK which have dozens of online strategy guides, not to mention all the guides printed in various magazines. My advice still is to keep playing - eventually you will figure it out. The book was a who's who of the fledgling home computer industry. Wozniak and Jobs worked for a crazy long haired visionary who started Atari? I do not remember knowing that. Steve Ross provided finances to Atari? Wild. Did you notice how the concept of allowing anyone to write the software, and to give away the hardware is a recurrent theme? The book proves two things two me: You cannot always make money being a financial wizard You cannot always make money being a visionary But combine the two in some way, and you have the makings of the next millionaire. The problem is there are probably not too many industries now that you can walk into with little investment and strike it big. The consumer electronics industry may have been one of the last. The only one I know of is the collectibles industry, or the entertainment industry. Create the next beanie baby toy, or write the next star wars movie, and you are set for life. The story of the game was that Wario had taken Mario's Castle while mario was not there and Wario hid the 6 Golden Coins, that are used to open Mario's Castle, throughout Mario Land. Wario then appeared in Super Mario Land 3 : Wario Land, where Wario was a treasure hunter in a cool sidescroller where the point of the game was to get all the money you can. Wario was also in Virtual Boy Wario Land (the BEST Wario game) and Wario Land 2 for the Game Boy. And Wario is in Mario Kart 64, whitch BTW is much better than Super Mario Kart. Some of them are just god awful, with spelling errors and horrible fonts. With a full Formula One license, F-1 World Grand Prix has the authentic drivers, cars and courses of the world's most supercharged sport. Just like the globe-trotting pros, you can extensively customize your car for different courses and weather conditions. Ultrarealistic graphics -- You can actually see your rain slicks shedding water drops in the rain! -- will make you think you're watching a televised race. But when you slip into the cockpit and hear the whine of your V-10 begging you to shift into sixth gear, you'll know that F-1 World Grand Prix is definitely not a mere spectator sport. Smooth-as-silk multiplayer options and a daunting story mode based on actual F-1 events will have you taking lap after glamorous lap. Exclusively for your Nintendo 64, F-1 World Grand Prix is available in stores everywhere now. F-1 World Grand Prix was developed by Paradigm Entertainment and Video System. The game is distributed by Nintendo.
