In the 18th October Teatime Special, Alex introduces Steve Hillage, Nick and Simon of the Orb "too" or is it "2"? - - Orb 2? and who are these band members? bill PS: A very enjoyable Friday evening was spent listening to Seafons latest Music Mix. A great album, well worth acquiring. Side A has some great sounds, while B is a must for the recent dub inquirer - features lots of Greg Hunter and of course the orb. On the cover he credits and lists web links to all the artists featured. This is a good introduction to different bands work, that I am sure would be approved by all the musicians involved. np: "last time you'll hear me on the radio, hear me, hear me" space Rap - 18th Oct teatime Remix song. # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Send the command "info orb" to majordomo@lists.xmission.com. # To post, email orb@lists.xmission.com; replies go to original sender. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 6 Nov 2001 00:12:13 -0600 From: "RMStringer" Subject: (orb) MORESOUNDS FTP I got on to the site with no problem.....remember people....PORT NUMBER!!! I wonder why LX was playing dumb when anybody asked him who "prayerbox" was during the tour of US recently... > not that anyone has seen bob's 5&6 yet, however... this is getting way confusing because I hardly know if I've ordered the "new" one, because I haven't gotten the "old" ones.... heh.. still haven't even listened to 4 or 4.1 although they are sitting next to my decks... - -ben # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Send the command "info orb" to majordomo@lists.xmission.com. # To post, email orb@lists.xmission.com; replies go to original sender. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 06 Nov 2001 14:36:58 -0500 From: Andrew Sturgess Subject: (orb) record shops/clubs in London I'm gonna be visiting London on Thanksgiving weekend - so what should I do?? can someone suggest a few record shops to check out, or clubs to go to (i guess i'm looking for drum n bass or techno clubs) any info is appreciated =) - -andrew # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Send the command "info orb" to majordomo@lists.xmission.com. # To post, email orb@lists.xmission.com; replies go to original sender. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 6 Nov 2001 21:56:06 -0600 From: "RMStringer" Subject: (orb) Sorry Sorry for the Return Receipts!!!
