I paid for an item in January, won a 2nd item later that month, asked for a combined shipping quote, and never received any response from numerous emails during February and early March and at least 4 phone calls. The person I was told to talk to when I called (Eugene) was never there - I was told to put this person's name in my email subject line and he still didn't respond. So now that I've asked for my money back for the 1st item (which was never sent - and which posted to my bank on 1/18/01), and left neutral feedback on cworldtn, they have posted false negative retaliatory feedback on me - my first negative feedback on ebay. I have filed a fraud report with ebay, am contacting the Attorney General's consumer protection division in Tennessee, and will file a fraud report with www.fraud.org.
