This is one great CD, however, with the advances in remastering, this is one that really needs a clean up! It would be killer if remastered. Anyone agree? On a non-Yello note, welcome back to Front 242! 242 have just released a live album from earlier this year that is just awesome! If you didn't know 242 have been sidelined for the past 3 years or so due to legal difficulties over the use of their name. # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Send the command "info yello" to majordomo@lists.xmission.com. # To post, email yello@lists.xmission.com; replies go to original sender. # Yello discography available at http://www.swcp.com/lazlo-bin/discogs?yello ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 06 Aug 1998 21:14:02 +0200 From: David John Subject: (yello) A thought and stuff Hi all, I just got the Depeche Mode tribute album with coverversions of some of their songs. A great album, but when I heard it, I started wondering... Are any of you familiar with any Yello coverversions? I know there is Hands on... But apart from that. Any accustic versions? Well anyway, it was just a thought, it could be great to hear somone like Tom Petty or Rammstein doing a cover of Night Train, couldn't it? PS.
