Yes that's me, just behind the little white X in the picture. I now live in
Summit Park, elevation about 7400 feet above sea level. This is a picture of the
subdivision, if you can call it that. Every house (and I assume every person) is
different. Contrast this to where I lived in Sandy, where everyone (except me) was the
same. Needless to say, I like this place a lot more, and it makes living
behind
the "Zion Curtain" tolerable. I live on Paradise Road, hence the catchy
phrase "Home in Paradise".
Peruse the pictures if you want, let me know what you think by Email or leave a note on

| This is the view as you drive up Paradise Road from the East. My house is
behind the maroon VW van. This road leads nowhere (a good place to live) So I don't get much traffic, except for the occasional snow plow. |

|---|---|
| Here you are looking at the front of the house. It's built on the side of a hill. The good part is that my driveway is only 15 feet long, all the better in the winter. | |
| The house has 4 decks. The one in front is great to sit on and people watch. I have met most of my neighbors just walking down the street or sitting on the porch. Most people here are outdoors oriented, not many couch potatoes or soccer moms, which is another reason I moved here. |
|
| This is the Backyard. Please Note : NO Grass to Mow. I gave up the Devil Worship of Kentucky Bluegrass when I moved up here. There is nothing that wasn't meant to grow here (except maybe us humans). | |
| A closer look at the Back. Both the upper and lower decks are covered by the roof overhang. I have been spending lots of time just sitting out back. You can't get television stations here, and so far I don't have cable... Maybe I'll just keep it that way. | |
| Future Hot Tub Location ? The one thing this house doesn't have is a hot tub. Being a decadent mountain person I'll need to get one soon. Pepper inspects a possible future hot tub location on the backyard deck surrounding a Large pine tree. |
|
| Moose Watch Central
Looking out the Living room window. I call it moose watch central. The subdivision in the distance is Jeremy Ranch. At Jeremy there are no trees, no critters, hellatious winds, overpriced houses and Bluegrass ! That's what most people want and I don't mind... more room for me up here . |

Why get up ? |

| Mike's Downstairs Office.
With a view like this it makes it hard to concentrate on work. |

| So Long from Paradise....
Look closely and you may find a few moose tracks. |
So you are sick of the valley and want a breath of fresh air ? Stop by and visit me. You may find the place is hard to find since it's not mapped out on a grid system like the valley (Thank God, actually she planned it out that way up here, She (god) says the valley planners got it all wrong ). First, drive East from Salt Lake on I-80 until you get to the TOP, exit 140 at Parleys Summit, then follow the secret map. This map is password protected so you need to ask Mike for the SECRET ID and PASSWORD that will let you in ( I don't want just any surfer stopping by). Once you have the ID and Password, you can click on the "Secret" map to find Mike ...
