Auction/Fundraiser

Join us as we expand our commitment to community involvement. This year, we are including an advertising/ fundraising element to the Country Farm Fest.

Fundraiser/Advertising Opportunity

A Country Farm is seeking donations of fall displays or vignettes from business owner(s) and individual(s) for a Silent Auction.  For example, a

  • Bicycle shop could donate a vignette incorporating a bicycle positioned behind a fence
  • Grocery store could have a scarecrow stocking a shelf of canned goods
  • Floral shop or furniture store might donate a small table and chair(s) with a lovely centerpiece, etc.
  • These are a few we thought of, we cannot wait to see what your creativity will bring!

Businesses or interested parties can donate an entire display or provide select items to be incorporated with other donations to create a display.  Donated items can be assembled by the donator/team of their choosing or by the benefactors’ team of volunteers.

For a letter describing this advertising/fundraising opportunity, select Auction Fundraiser Letter. Please pass this on to anyone who may be interested.
