by man. Modern food processing destroys whole grains, keeps the
starch, adds preservatives and other chemicals, and feeds the
bran, wheat germ, etc to animals. Grains should be milled just
prior to use to maintain as much of the vitamins, minerals and
trace elements into the diet. A grain mill that is fast and
quiet and convenient can provide that capability right on your
kitchen counter where it will be used daily. If it is not
convenient, people don't do it.
Water is the basis of life. Most of what we drink is full of
Dirt, Chemicals, and Bugs (bacteria). How can we be healthy if
the water we drink is part of the problem instead of the solution.
We recommend you acquire a Dura Still water distiller to give
you pure water, or install a reverse osmosis system that you
can aquire at Home Depot or Lowes.
WEALTH -
If you buy low on the food chain and process it
yourself, you can save more than the cost of the machines
in less than a year. For most people, time is money. The
thought of taking hours to make bread is too expensive.
However, the Grain Master Mill and the Bosch Kitchen Machine
allows you to have wheat processed into bread and ready to go
into the oven in less than 15 minutes. The smell of homemade
food in your kitchen is a memory that money cannot buy.
PEACE OF MIND -
If you buy in bulk, store basic foods (grains, honey,
dehydrated foods) and eat what you store, then in an emergency
you eat just like you normally eat. Processed foods are
expensive to buy and store but you can put away a year's supply of basics and have the peace of mind that should you lose your
job, or a disaster of nature happen, you can feed your family.
