As Vegeta and No. 18 fight each other, either one gaining the upper
hand, Piccolo and the others arrive.
Knowing the strength that No. 18 possesses, Trunks tries to pursuade
Vegeta to run away.
Vegeta ignores Trunks and continues to challenge No. 18.
Vegeta demonstrates a strength greater than Trunks had imagined, and
higher than No. 17's data had reported.
However, against the unlimited power source that supplied No. 18,
Vegeta's posture soon became a completely defensive one.
No. 17 warns Piccolo and the others not to interfere in the one-on-one
battle, or he would intervene.
No. 18 lands a brutal kick on Vegeta, breaking his arm!
Trunks can no longer bear to watch, and leaps to Vegeta's aid.
