Handshake Homes' List of Bad Property Managers

The following are property management companies that should be driven out of business. They commit all of the following mistakes:

They charge you fees without telling you.
They steal from pass-through funds like taxes and utilities.
Their reporting is so bad that no one understands their reports.
They hold on to rent for months.

If you are using them to manage your property, we recommend finding another property management company immediately. These companies need to not exist.
