You must have mistaken me for an encyclopeadia or
something.  I don't have the answers to the
questions you last posed about the details of
early 19th century manufacture of rubber goods. 
This is just like much of the stuff I come up
with, in that any individual item could result in
hours of research, and if you have a list of maybe
100 such items, life just gets too short.  
I can't think of anything I've said that would
endorse wearing yellow rubber raincoats in a pre
1840 setting, but if I did then everybody
disregard it.
