Perhaps no merchant, online or offline, could keep in stock all of the titles you make available, many of which are on very small, even fugitive labels. The great thing about EAR/Rational is that you make this music available at all, and at prices that are very competitive. I will never complain about having to wait a few weeks to receive music that is not readily available elsewhere, at a price that is difficult to beat. I'll also note that you do a good job of keeping in touch regarding your progress in obtaining 'on order' items, reassuring me that you aren't neglecting my orders. "
