I currently have students in elementary, junior high, high school, college and some students who are getting into music again after many years.  I do “house calls” to many places along the Wasatch Front, and also maintain a recording and teaching studio in Orem.  I have taught and worked as a composer, producer and arranger for many years.  I’m accepting new students in Orem, Provo, Heber City, Lindon, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Lehi, Riverton, Saratoga Springs, Sandy, South Jordan, Salt Lake City, Utah.  Please call or email.

BACKGROUND


Cello Experience: Studied cello performance at BYU under scholarship.  Studied under David Marsh, Gayle Smith and Susanne McIntosh.  Have performed for about 35 years in many orchestras and smaller groups (often as Principal cellist) and recording sessions, etc.  Most recently performed at the Celebration of Cellos, Orem HS with guitarist Gerald Hartley and pianist Winston Lee.  Also performed all cello parts for the Cello Chillin album “Keep Looking Up” (See Cello Chillin website).  Currently composing and recording another album.
