    Homemade Baffle w 500# Kevlar!

The Parts Shot. All parts accounted for and in great shape (BT was perfect!) Started 12/23/2016.

Testors brush on plastic cement used - worked really well.

Hand cut centering rings for 24mm engine

Engine mount well glued w Elmer white glue!

Elmers smeared inside for top ring of engine mount.

W engine partially in tube, added another bead of glue for bottom ring.
(Hard to show w only 2 hands!)

Command module painted w Restoleum flat black paint and primer (2 coats, and yeah - no primer!)

Plastic parts ready to join together.

Fins glued on per eye balls!

Baffle plates cut from 1/4" plywood w 2" hole saw (1/8" plywood would be better, but had 1/4" handy!)
About 1/3 of each plate cut-off. 3/8" dowel.

Finished at 4.12 oz.
