Arrived in good shape. The bottom of the card stock was bent, but tubes seem fine.

The required parts shot!

18mm motor mount and centering rings gluing

Using automotive filler primer on all balsa

Used a jig for the main fin attachments. All double glue joints

All small fins attached

Ready for main fin attachment

All main fins on

40# Kevlar tied to 1/4 " braided elastic (will trim elastic). 1/4 " is over-kill - I'd use 1/8 " next time.

Built stock (just like 1971!), save the Kevlar replacing the tri-fold mount. Ready for paint.
Left: The Photon Disruptor next to the Photon Probe :
Right: Used Rust-oleum Gloss White Paint/Primer combined. 87.3 grams.

Second color is 2 coats of Rust-oleum "Gloss Real Orange" #269434. Sprays on THICK! Looks great!
Ready for decals:

Water slide decals went on pretty nice, then 2 coats of Minwax Polycrylic.

Ready for launch at enemy targets! 90 grams even - no engine or chute.
