The ; colors must be just right for it to be picked out behind all the ; foreground clutter. It is clearly visible in the attached picture, but ; change the palette a bit and notice how easy it is to lose sight of this ; elusive little fellow. The fractal is an oblique slice of the figure ; that results from mixing portions of the Z^2 and Z^-1 mandeloids. ; ; The formula is one of my favorites. Unlike the formula I posted ; yesterday, which is still being developed, I have this one under enough ; control so that I have a general idea of what it will do.
