; Fractal visionaries:

; Today's fractal is another quickie.  It is something that appeared
; unexpectedly in a new formula I've been playing around with.  It reminds
; me of the golden shield of some long forgotten mythological hero.  I've
; included separate parameter and formula files, as well as a combined
; parameter file for those with version 19.6 of Fractint.  As always, the
; finished image has been posted to ABPF.

; I've also reproduced the image with the five mandelbrot midgets pointing
; inward.  I suspect that it's an artifact caused by the multi-valued
; nature of the complex log function, but what the heck, it's a pretty
; good image.  Let's not worry about where it came from.
