; Fractal visionaries:

; In between exploring Mars and other tasks I did find one respectable
; fractal today.  I named it invminus because it's a picture of the Z^(-2)
; Mandeloid turned inside out.
;
; When the fractal created by a positive power of Z is turned inside out,
; the result is an island of escaping points surrounded by an ocean of
; trapped points.  The fractal associated with a negative power of Z is
; already an island, so what happens when such a fractal is inverted?  As
; expected, the resulitng fractal appears as a lake of trapped points
; surrounded by a continent of escaping points -- the same as a positive
; exponent image.
;
; In fact, the Z^(-2) fractal, when inverted, curiously resembles the
; classic Z^2 Mandelbrot set.  It is this image that I have captured in
; today's fractal.  There might be lots of interesting places to explore
; in this scene, but I have yet to look any deeper into it than the
; attached image.

; The finished fractal is posted on a.b.p.f. and a.f.p.  Now I must get
; back to Mars.
