(Such as those *other* ; fractal programs create.) ; ; A curious change may be achieved by resetting the bailout to the ; default 4. In fact, some may prefer the added detail achieved, ; though I prefer the pseudo-true-color smoothness. ; ; The name "Deceptively Simple" refers to the surprisingly large ; magnitude of the scene. The smoothly blended coloring earned ; the rating of an 8. If I had worked harder, I might have ; totally eliminated the color bands and raised the rating to an ; 8-1/2. ; ; The calculation time of 11-1/2 minutes is quite fast considering ; the arbitrary precision math and the magnitude. The finished ; image may be viewed on the active FOTD web site at: ; ; ; ; Don't forget the original web site with all the past images at: ; ; ; ; My own web site needs only a brief written introduction to ; fractals before it will be ready to face the judgement of the ; fractal world. ; ; Saturday turned rather pleasant and sunny enough, though a bit ; chilly for the season. The fractal cats would have preferred ; things a bit warmer, but were happy enough with the temperature ; of 52F 11C. The day of the humans was busy, which is getting to ; be a routine condition here at FC. The next FOTD will be posted ; in 24 hours. Until then, take care, and never be a slave to ; common sense. ; ; ; Jim Muth ; jamth@mindspring.com ; ; ; START PARAMETER FILE======================================= Deceptively_Simple { ; time=0:11:29.09-SF5 on P4-2000 reset=2004 type=mandel center-mag=-1.9999999999999\ 999871592241601197050530338/4.6074197e-35/9.27e+35\ /1/37.5/0 params=0/0 float=y maxiter=5200 bailout=36 inside=0 logmap=-388 periodicity=6 colors=000c0za0z_1zY2yU3yT4xS5xR6wQ7wP8vO9uNAtMBsL\ CrKDqNDoRDlVDjZDg`De_Ge_HeZJeYIeXHePIcIHbBGa4F`7Gd\ 9KhBOlDToFXtH_xJazG_yEVzBQy9Ly7Hz4Ex49z02x12r13m24\ h25c26Z2BS2GL2KE2N72Q14S55W96ZE8`G9aKAcLKeSUhWcl_m\ mcppgspUsoGnt2ixKhqRgjYgcdfUkdLrbJm`HcZFUXDKVBAX86\ Y56Z26_06W28T39Q4AN5BJ7DG8ED9FAAGDBKGBNJBRMCUPCYSC\ `VDdYDg`DkcEnfEriEuhEuhEuhEuhEuhEuhSuhEuhEuhEuhMvh\ EvhEvhVvgDvgQvg_vgDvgMvgPvgUvgUwgUwgVwgWwgXwfXwfXw\ fXwfXwfXwfYxfYxfYxfYxfYxfYxfYxfYxeYxeZxe_xe`yeayeb\ yecyeeyegyeiyekyemydoydqydszduzdwzdyzdzzdzzdzzdzzd\ zzdzzdzzazzZzzWzzTzzQzzNzzOzzPzzQzzNzzLzzJzzGzzEzz\ CzzAzz7zz5zz3zz1zz2zz2zz2zz2zz3zz3zz3zz3zz4zz4zz4z\ z4zz5zz5zz5zz5zz6zz6zz6zz6zz7zz7zz7zz7zz8zz8zz8zz8\ zz9zz9zz9zz9zzAzzAzzAzzAzzBzzBzzBzzBzzCzzCzzCzzCzz\ DzzDzzDzzDzzDzzEzzEzzFzzFzzGzzGzzHzzHzzHzzIzzIzzJz\ zJzzKzzKzzKzzLzzLzzMzzMzz } ; END PARAMETER FILE========================================= ; ; ; ; _______________________________________________ ; Fractint mailing list ; Fractint@mailman.xmission.com ; http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/fractint ;
