; Today's image is the third scene from the parent fractal of the 
; FOTD of October 3, which explains the name "A Third Opinion".

; In today's exploration into fractal semi-chaos, we check the 
; situation far out on the zigzag filament that extends northwest 
; from the oversized bud of the parent.  Rather than coming to a 
; well-defined limit, this filament disintegrates into ever 
; smaller and more disconnected pieces, ultimately becoming a 
; twisted string of fractal bits, which finally dissipates.

; The minibrot in today's image lies far out on this filament.  It 
; is the last one I could find, though it is certainly not the 
; last minibrot on the filament.  Most likely there is no last 
; minibrot.

; The rating of a 6 indicates that I consider the image to be a 
; come-down from yesterday's image, which was a come-down from the 
; day before.

; The calculation time of only 10 seconds (plus shipping and 
; handling) is no mistake.  The image really is that fast.  But it
