Hi Steve:
For what it is worth each Saturday I download from DGO their report of stocks 
within 5% of their 52 week high and then sort for EPS 85, RS, 85, SMR&A/D no 
D or E, Composite Rating of 85 or better, and finally ADV of at least 50,000. 
This gives me about 100 stocks, many of which are on the IBD 100. I delete 
those that I don't like, for example gold stocks or other commodity stocks.
I then follow this watch list on streaming real time quotes looking for 
breakouts on volume of 150%. Works pretty good. I get one or two daily, although 
towards the end of the week the data starts to grow whiskers.
