Hi Dick:
Your eyes are correct. The chart is forming a cup. However, notice how weak 
the volume has been since mid August. We would really like to see the right 
side of the cup grow with increased volume. The RS is still in the mid 50's and 
really should be over 70 or 80 to have a sound position.
The lack of volume could be seasonal. All the buyers are in the Hampton's 
sailing. Certainly BBBY is a fine company and the retailers are one of the 
industries darlings right now.  Lets watch closely next week. A sudden surge of 
buying could turn this into a successful breakout.
