The front wheel contains a Schmidt dynamo hub. The headlight is mounted to a braze-on on the mid-fork. Lower positioning of the headlight allows you to see irregularities in the road surface.
Brooks saddle.
CETMA rack. This was a perfectly serviceable front rack that I used for a long time. I replaced it with a custom rack that you can see in some of the other galleries. Currently, I don't have another bike on which this rack can be mounted.
Fixed gear. This bike is really not meant to be a fixed gear bike, but I've been riding fixed for a few years now, and haven't looked back. What I really wanted was a practical bike, one with racks and fenders and lights, so I haven't been seduced by the track bike phenomenon.
