Colleen is the current "poster child" for THMI's program. Her information is shared here so that you may know that other people, like yourself, that have been diagnosed as having fibromyalgia are finding good results following a simple and natural wellness program. (The details of the Wellness Program and specific products used will be covered in another presentation. During this presentation the focus will be on the physiology of fibromyalgia.)

I encourage you to make the effort required to understand the information which follows; Parts of it can be tedious. However, in understanding the "why" something is happening it is sometimes easier to accept and do the "what" that may be required to remedy the condition.

For years, Colleen suffered with symptoms associated with both Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis. Colleen experienced lessening of pain after two visits and after twelve weeks of following a simple wellness program, Colleen is pain free and sleeping very well. The most persistent symptom for Colleen is intermittent muscle twitchings in arms and legs. The intensity and occurance of her muscle twitchings has become considerably less severe and less frequent.

If you suffer with Fibromyalgia, the situation is not hopeless. Every one of the participants of THMI's program has seen good results in reversing their symptoms of fibromyalgia. Mavis G. chose to take a more aggressive program schedule and gained excellent relief in about six weeks.

We do not prescribe any medications, nor do we suggest that a person make any changes to medications prescribed unless advised to do so by their doctor. Everyone is encouraged to consult with their doctor before making any changes that may effect their health.

SIDE NOTE: My own thinking on health care is: "It's my body; It's my health; It's my responsibility to care for it." When the doctor can assist me in caring for my health, then I go to the doctor. Normally, (I am not advocating this for others) I will study how the body works and try different approaches, conventional and alternative, that may help improve my overall health.
