        4.      Be cooperative.  Resist the common tendency to want things your own
                 way.  Yield to the other person more often.  Try to see another point of
                 view.

        5.      Be thankful.  From the attitude of gratitude.  List your blessings.  Be
                 glad for your opportunities.

        6.      Make your moods.  Cultivate peaceful attitudes.  Rise above your
                 feelings.  Talk cheerfully.

        7.      Be generous.  Help others whenever you can.  Give your time and
                 money to worthwhile causes.

        8.      Maintain good motives.  Work for the good of others, not just yourself.
                 Avoid selfishness.

        9.      Practice the Golden Rule.  Always try to treat others as you would like
                 to be treated.

        10.    Live one day at a time.  Make the most of today.  Take time to enjoy
                 life.

        11.    Take time to restore yourself.  Exercise.  Get a hobby.
