John Daugherty
The petition of John Daugherty, son of John Daugherty, late of Montgomery township dec'd respectfully represents: That your petitioner is a minor, above the age of fourteen years (being eighteen years and upwards), and has no Guardian to take charge of his person and estate. He therefore prays your Honors to permit him to make choice of some suitable person for the purposes aforesaid and would respectfully suggest Henry Buterbough of Green Township as such person, and is in duty bound he will ever pray, &c.

And now, to wit, 26 June, 1854 Henry Buterbough appointed guardian to give bond and security in the sum of $100.00. John Buterbough approved as security. Bond filed.
