My wife purchased this guitar for me as a Christmas gift used at Guitar Center in Taylosville, UT. She totally surprised me! She hid it at my parents house and I thought that Christmas was over. It didn't have the Certificate of Authenticity since it was used. I already had an ES-335 so with her permission, I returned it the day after Christmas and purchased an ES-339. After I let it go, I started feeling guilty about returning a guitar that my wife gave me. I went back and spoke to the Guitar Center employees about getting the certificate. They got it, so I bought it back on 1/5/18
