7-UP Salad
 
 
6 oz    Lemon jello  
2 cups    Boiling water  
2 cups    7-up  
20 oz    Pineapple, crushed-save juice  
3   Bananas  
2 tbs    Flour  
1/2 cup    Sugar  
1   Egg  
2 tbs    Butter or Margarine  
1 cup    Whipping cream or dream whip  
1-1/2 cups    Mini marshmallows  
 
1 Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water. Cool slightly. Add 7-up, pineapple and bananas. Pour in 9x13 pan and set.
2 Topping: Cook until thick: 1/2 cup Pineapple juice, flour, sugar and egg. Cool. Remove from heat, add butter and cook for one minute more. Cool.
3 Fold in 1/2 of the whipping cream and 1 cup of marshmallows. Spread remaining whipping cream on top and sprinkle with 1/2 cup colored marshmallows.
