Banana Bread
 
 
1 cup    Sugar  
2   Eggs  
1/2 cup    Butter, softened  
1 tsp    Vanilla  
1-1/2 cups    Bananas, mashed  
1/2 cup    Sour cream  
1-1/2 cups    Flour  
1 tsp    Baking soda  
1/2 tsp    Salt  
 
1 Combine and cream sugar, egg, butter and vanilla untill lumps are gone.
2 Add bananas and mix untill blended. Add sour cream and blend well. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well
3 Grease and flour 2 glass bread pans. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 350° for 37 minutes.
 
Yield: 2 loaves
