Combine and cream sugar, egg, butter and vanilla untill lumps are gone. |

Add bananas and mix untill blended. Add sour cream and blend well. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well |

Grease and flour 2 glass bread pans. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 350° for 37 minutes. |
