Beef Stroganoff
 
 
1 lb    Ground beef  
1 sm    Onion  
1 can    Cream of mushroom soup  
1/4 tsp    Garlic, minced  
1 tbs    Vegetable oil  
1/2 tsp    Salt  
1/4 tsp    Pepper  
1 tsp    Beef bouillon  
1/4 cup    Water  
1 cup    Sour cream  
 
1 Brown the beef and set aside. Dissolve bouillon in water. Combine with onion, cream of mushroom soup, garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a medium sauce pan. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream.
2 Combine sauce with ground beef. Serve over noodles or mix with noodles.
