Brown the beef and set aside. Dissolve bouillon in water. Combine with onion, cream of mushroom soup, garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a medium sauce pan. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream. |

Combine sauce with ground beef. Serve over noodles or mix with noodles. |
