Breakfast Casserole
 
 
1 lb    Hash brown potato, frozen  
8   Eggs  
1 cup    Milk  
1/4 cup    Onion, chopped  
1/4 cup    Water  
1 tsp    Salt  
1 tsp    Dry mustard  
2 cups    Ham, chopped  
2 cups    Cheddar or mozzarella cheese, shredded  
 
1 Spray 9 x 13 pan with pam. Spread hash browns along bottom of pan.
2 Beat Eggs, milk, onion, water, salt, and mustard together. Add Ham. Spread mixture over hash browns and top with cheese. Cover with Foil
3 Bake 40 minutes at 400°.
 
Ready in: 50 minutes
