Spray 9 x 13 pan with pam. Spread hash browns along bottom of pan.

Beat Eggs, milk, onion, water, salt, and mustard together. Add Ham.
Spread mixture over hash browns and top with cheese.
Cover with Foil |

Bake 40 minutes at 400°. |
