Combine spinach, cheese, croutons, olives, mushrooms, oranges, lettuce, bacon, cucumber and red pepper. |

In a separate bowl combine vinegar, oil, salt, poppy seeds, sugar and dry mustard. |

Just before serving add dressing to salad.
Add Alfalfa sprouts for a variation. |
