Broccoli Salad
 
 
2 lg    Broccoli bunches  
1 lb    Bacon, crispy and crumbled  
1/2 lb    Monterey jack cheese, grated  
1/4   Purple onion, diced  
1 cup    Mayonnaise  
1/3 cup    Sugar  
1 tbs    Vinegar  
  Parmesan cheese, opt.  
  Lemon Juice, opt.  
 
Cut Broccoli into florets. Add bacon, cheese and onion to broccoli. Mix and chill mayo, sugar, and vinegar before adding to broccoli. Double recipe for a large group.
 
Ready in: 45 minutes
