Brownies Topped with Cheesecake
 
 
23 oz    Fudge Brownie Mix  
8 oz    Cream cheese, softened  
2 Tbs    Butter or Margarine, softened  
1 Tbs    Cornstarch  
14 oz    Condensed milk  
1   Egg  
2 tsp    Vanilla  
  Chocolate frosting  
 
1 Preheat oven to 350°
2 Prepare brownie mix as package directs. Spread into well-greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
3 In a smaller mixer bowl, beat cheese, margarine and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk; then egg and vanilla until smooth. Pour evenly over brownie batter.
4 Bake 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool.
5 Spread with frosting if desired. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
