Melt together chocolate and butter. Cool. |

Beat eggs until foamy then add sugar, and vanilla gradually, beating after each addition. Combine all ingredients together. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan. |

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350°. Cool and frost. |
