Bulgogi (Korean Barbeque)
 
 
2 1/2 Tbs    Sugar  
4 Tbs    Minced green onions  
2 tsp    minced garlic  
1 tsp    minced ginger root  
2 Tbs    ground sesame seed  
dash    of pepper  
4 Tbs    Soy sauce  
2 Tbs    Sesame seed oil  
1 lb    Chicken, pork or beef  
 
Cut meat into flat pieces and mix with sugar, then with all but the sesame seed oil. Blend in sesame seed oil. Immediately begin to cook stir fry mixture and serve over rice.
