Cabbage Salad
 
 
1 head    Cabbage, chopped  
8   Green onions, chopped  
4 tsp    Seseame seeds  
8 Tbs    Slivered Almonds  
2 pkg    Ramen Noodles  
2 pkg    Ramen Seasoning  
4 Tbs    Sugar  
3 Tbs    Soy Sauce  
2 Tbs    Vinegar  
1/2 cup    Oil  
dash    Pepper  
3   Chicken breasts, cooked, cubed  
 
1 Brown almonds in small amount of oil or in the oven. Seseme seeds and noodles may also be browned. Drain and cool browned items.
2 Dressing: Combine sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, pepper and seasoning. Pour over cabbage and onions. Toss in toasted mixture. Add chicken and allow to sit overnight. If noodles are not browned, add with chicken.
