Brown beef. Stir in salt, oregano,pepper, crumbs, 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce, the onion and green pepper. Pour into pie crust. Set aside. |

Cheese Topping:
Beat together eggs and milk. Add 1/2 tsp salt, dry mustard, and worcester shire sauce and cheese. Spread cheese topping over filling. |

Bake at 425° for 30 minutes |
