Cheesecake in 3 Steps
 
 
16 oz    Cream cheese, softeded  
1/2 cup    Sugar  
1/2 tsp    Vanilla  
2   Eggs  
6 oz    Graham cracker crust - 9"  
 
1 Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs. Mix until blended. Pour into ready-to-use graham cracker crust.
2 Bake 40 minutes at 350° or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
