Chicken Salad Knudsen
 
 
3 cups    Chicken, cooked, cubed  
1 cup    Grapes, seedless  
1/8 cup    Sweet pickle relish  
1 tbs    Green onion, finely chopped  
3/4 cup    Mayonnaise or Plain yogurt or half of each  
1/2 cup    Lite sour cream  
1 cup    Celery, chopped  
3/4 cup    Almonds, toasted, sliced  
1/4 cup    Bell pepper, diced  
 
1 Mix mayo and sour cream together. Combine remaining ingredients, except chicken and grapes. Mix in mayo mixture. Add chicken and grapes.
2 Can be served in a cantaloupe circle, on a lettuce leaf, or in a bread bowl.
