Mix together cream of chicken, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
In a 9x13 pan, place broccoli, then chicken, sauce and sprinkle with cheese. |

Bake uncovered at 350° for 30-45 minutes.
Serve over Rice. Salt and pepper as desired. |
