Fry pork and onion in oil until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. |

Stir flour into meat. Add water to make a thick gravy. Add diced chilies. Simmer until gravy thickens. |

Fill tortillas with eggs, bacon, ham sausage, fried potatoes and chili verde. |
