Chinese Casserole
 
 
1-1 1/2 lbs    Beef  
1   Onion  
1/4 cup    Soy Sauce  
1-3/4 cup    Water  
3/4 cup    Long-grain rice, uncooked  
1 can    Cream of chicken  
1 can    Cream of mushroom soup  
  Chinese noodles  
 
1 Brown together beef and onion then pour into a casserole dish. Stir in all ingredients except noodles.
2 Cook covered 30 minutes and uncovered 30 minutes at 350°. Stir occasionally. Top with noodles and cook for 15 minutes.
