Chinese Dish
 
 
1 lb    Ground beef, browned  
2   Onions, shredded  
1 cup    Celery, chopped  
2 cans    Cream of chicken soup  
1-1/2 cups    Hot water  
1/4 cup    Soy sauce  
1/2 tsp    Pepper  
1 cup    Bean sprouts  
  Water chestnuts  
  Chinese hard noodles  
  Rice  
 
In a skillet cook beef, onions and celery for 5 minutes. Add cream of chicken soup, water, soy sauce, pepper, sprouts and chestnuts. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with rice and hard noodles.
