Chinese Noodle Turkey
 
 
2 cups    Turkey, diced  
1 cup    Celery, diced tomatoes  
1 can    Cream of Mushroom soup  
1 can    Sliced mushrooms  
1 cup    Cashew nuts  
1/2 cup    Green onions  
2 oz    Chinese noodles  
1 cube    Chicken boulion  
4 slice    Bread, cubed  
3 tbs    Butter or Margarine, melted  
 
1 In a casarole dish, stir together turkey, celery, mushroom soup, mushrooms, nuts, green onion, and chinese noodles. Dissolve chicken boulion in 1 cup boiling water. Add to turkey mixture. Combine bread and butter and sprinkle over turkey mixture.
2 Cover and bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
