Preheat oven to 375°.

Mix sugars, butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Dough should be stiff and not sticky. If still sticky, slowly add flour. |

Drop by Tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. (the centers will be soft) |
